3. LEAN UX CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

1. Foundation Sprints

Infosys Consulting developed a Lean UX process, informed by the work of Jeff Gothelf and Josh Seiden. This was based on the practices of Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Agile. Demand into the CoE followed a qualification process and led to planned and costed proposals based on two to three week foundation sprints.

2. Activities

The foundation sprints started with a 2 day workshop with participation from cross-functional stakeholders. We ran through structured exercises to explore and define the problems to be solved, and to ideate solutions to the problems. Post-workshop activities included write-ups and production of artefacts generated during the workshops, as well as Storyboards, Clickable Prototypes, User Testing, a high-level Product Backlog and a Forward Plan to lead to Design and Build of products and services.
